This is a unique opportunity to craft a vision for the future, grow OCHC, and improve the health of our patients and community. Ideally, the CCO would be a physician board-certified in family or internal medicine, although other primary medical providers and levels of leadership may be considered. The role would be about 25% administrative and 75% clinical.

OCHC offers a $10,000 signing bonus, a competitive salary, and a robust benefits package. Loan repayment through the National Health Service Corp is likely.
