Meet Trainer Debbie Olesen!
Debra Olesen, is a Senior Consultant with JSI. Debra has been a long term UDS trainer and reviewer for Health Centers. She has decades of experience with consultancies ranging from assisting Federally Qualified Health Centers and Rural Health Clinics with strategic planning, financial analysis and modeling, health care service integration, to directing federally funded technical assistance and training projects in areas such as primary care, HIV, early childhood development, and reproductive health. Debra has a Masters of Science in Health Administration from the University of Colorado.
