FTCA Health Center Deeming Applications Will Open Soon
Applications for medical malpractice coverage under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) will open on Friday, April 19, in HRSA’s Electronic Handbooks (EHBs). Health center redeeming applications for FTCA coverage are due by 11:59 p.m. ET on Monday, June 24.
The HRSA guidance for both new applications (deeming) and renewal of existing coverage (redeeming) for health center staff is in the Program Assistance Letter (PAL) 2024-03 (PDF).
