Creating A More Equitable and Inclusive Workplace Culture

This learning collaborative is designed to empower healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to champion and operationalize workplace equity. Over five sessions, participants will build their understanding of equity in the workplace, learn about equity initiatives at health centers across the country, and explore equity in the context of supervision and employee engagement. This learning collaborative combines interactive training, discussions, and case studies to build practical insights and support your efforts to create equitable, compassionate, and thriving health center environments.

Before submitting your application, please read the welcome packet which includes information about the learning collaborative format. To make the most of this learning collaborative, we encourage you to attend all sessions if possible.

  • Wednesday March 20, 2024, 3-4 pm: Building An Equitable Workplace Culture

  • Wednesday April 3, 2024, 3-4 pm: Equitable Practices at Health Centers

  • Wednesday April 17, 2024, 3-4 pm: Building a Culture of Inclusion & Belonging

  • Wednesday April 24, 2024, 3-4 pm: Embracing Equity & Inclusion: Supervisor Edition
