Description:  The Operational Site Visit (OSV) continues to be the primary process used by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) to evaluate compliance with the HRSA Health Program Requirements.  As onsite visits resume, health centers must be equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to adjust to OSV logistical updates and effectively prepare. 

This webinar will be led by HRSA OSV reviewers who will cover the following topics:

  • Overview of the OSV process

  • How to prepare for the OSV process

  • The most recent resources for OSV preparation

  • An extended Q and A session and open panel discussion.

Participants are encouraged to either submit questions ahead of time or come with a list of questions to ask.
