Director of Public Policy
Rochelle holds a BA in Economics and Environmental Studies from Hamline University and a JD from William Mitchell College of Law.
Rochelle’s previous experience includes advocating for Hennepin County and the Association of Minnesota Counties for local public health funding, on issues relating to the social determinants of health, and access to health care. Rochelle brings extensive policy experience having worked nearly a decade on health and human services issues at the state legislature.
She brings a unique combination of working not only with public policy but also working directly with low-income communities in community non-profits. As MNACHC’s Director of Public Policy, Rochelle will create and maintain relationships at both state and federal levels to advocate for health equity and greater opportunities for our membership.
