Health Center Covid-19 Revenue Management
MNACHC seeks to contract for services related to supporting the financial management of member Health Centers’ receipt of federal and state Covid-19 funding. Since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, federal and state governments have financially supported the Health Centers’ response to the pandemic.
MNACHC is seeking an agency for the following services, as requested by MNACHC management:
- Developing content for 4-6 member trainings, directly and indirectly, related to the receipt of federal and state funds to support Health Centers’ response to the Covid-19 pandemic. Training examples include, but are not limited to: Compliance/Reporting overview of federal funding; Tracking grants to prevent “double-dipping;” Preparing for organization audits; assessing the impact on the Medicare Cost Report for 2020 and 2021; tracking infrastructure investments; and other relevant topics as identified by the vendor;
- Development and dissemination of tools for Health Centers to manage the revenue related to Covid-19; and
- Hosting monthly “office hours” that provide member Health Centers with an opportunity to pose questions of the vendor.
Proposals are due on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at 5:00 pm CT.
